Preventive actions to curb irregularities in the area:
“In a bid to enforce strict law and order situation under Hudkeshwar Police Station jurisdiction cops have launched organized crackdown against record criminals, illegal liquor and gambling businesses in the area under the supervision of CP Amitesh Kumar and DCP Akshay Shinde. Hudkeshwar cops have externed five goons, to ensure safety of residents, PI Bhosle said. “Hudkeshwar Police have initiated over 100 preventative actions against record criminals this year,” PI Pratap Bhosle mentioned.
Special nakabandis to curb mishaps, sand smuggling:
Acknowledging the rampant surge in road accidents and sand smuggling activities under Hudkeshwar Police Station jurisdiction, we conduct daily nakabandis during peak hours to reduce the speed of the vehicles and inspect heavy vehicles. So far we’ve initiated 10 actions against illegal sand smuggling. Besides, routing patrolling and nakabandies have helped us a lot in curbing accidents, says PI Bhosle.
