Nagpur News: The student of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Law,(Main Branch),Nagpur namely Kaustubh Jagannath Topale was awarded first prize in the 3rd V.S.Sundaram Memorial Research Paper Competition,2013 organized by School of Excellence in Law, Chennai on subject “Analysis of Retrospective amendment of The Finance Act, 2012 with respect to Section 9 Indian Income Tax Act, 1961” by the hands of Hon’ble Justice T. Raja Judge, Madras High Court and other dignitaries.
