Nagpur: A 4-year old girl was sexually exploited by a juvenile delinquent boy when she had gone to his house for tuition. The bewildering incident occurred in Kalamna area on Monday afternoon.
The kid girl, resident of Kalamna, around 2 pm on Monday went to the neighbouring house for tuition. Taking advantage of the situation, the juvenile delinquent boy exploited her sexually by indulging in obnoxious acts. The girl disclosed the nasty acts of the boy to her mother when she returned home. Taken aback by the development, the mother lodged a complaint with Kalamna police in this regard.
PSI Gole has registered a case against the accused juvenile boy under Section 376(2)(I) of the IPC read with Sub-section 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and launched a probe.
