Nagpur: A juvenile delinquent attacked an 18 year old boy with bricks and injured him seriously over labour money dispute in MIDC area here on Thursday. The accused has been detained.
The accused juvenile was probably working as labourer and a dispute over money erupted between him and Ashish Arvind Bagde (18), tenant of Haribhau Thavre, Old Nildoh, MIDC. Around 7.50 pm on Thursday, the juvenile boy accosted Ashish in front of Vilas Gurnule’s house in the area and picked up a quarrel over money. During the wordy duel, the accused juvenile attacked Ashish with bricks and inflicted serious injuries on his head and forehead.
MIDC police constable Riyaz, based on a complaint, booked the accused juvenile delinquent under Section 326 of the IPC and reportedly detained him.
