
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Lohit Matani said that all vehicle entry from Jamtha T-Point will be completely restricted, except for vehicles carrying players and umpires. Clearly marked entry and exit routes have been designated, and motorists are required to strictly follow the instructions.
Parking arrangements
- Zone G: VCA members only
- Zone A: VIPs, police and media
- Zone B: Four-wheelers
- Zone C (Anvita Farm): Two-wheelers
- Zone D-1: Four-wheelers on one side, two-wheelers on the other
- Zones D-2, D-3, D-4, D-5 and Zone E (UltraTech): Four-wheelers
- Zone H: School buses only
- Zone I: Reserved parking
Vehicles approaching Jamtha from Wardha Road and Butibori Road will be diverted to Zone F (Brahmakumari), where separate parking for two-wheelers and four-wheelers has been arranged. Vehicles crossing Jamtha T-Point will be directed towards UltraTech parking.
To reduce traffic pressure, police have strongly advised spectators to use the Nagpur Metro, from where feeder bus services will operate to the stadium. Additional feeder buses will also run from designated parking zones.
Traffic restrictions
Motorists not attending the match have been requested to avoid the Jamtha-Wardha Road stretch between 5 pm and 7 pm, and again from 10 pm to 11.30 pm after the match ends.
School buses will be routed via the UNCI Road near the National Cancer Institute (NCI). General spectators and VCA members must park vehicles near Gate No. 13 as per the notified plan.
Police have urged cricket fans to use only declared routes and parking facilities and to refer to the traffic police advisory map to avoid inconvenience.
