Nagpur News: The Income-Tax Department Squads stormed the company and office of Unijules Laboratory Limited (RevAyur) and seized several important documents which contained deals and other crucial information.
The Shanti Nagar, Nagpur-based Unijules Laboratory Limited was jolted when the IT Department Squads arrived in five private vehicles at the company at 8 in the morning. When the Squads entered the company and its Director Zakir Vali’s residence the family went blank. The IT men broke open several lockers and almirahs and scanned important documents pertaining to the company and its Director.
The company turned a fortress as teams of policemen did not allow anybody come out of the company and the Director’s residence. Even the employees who reached the company for duty were stopped from entering the company premises.
According to the Income-Tax Department, the company Unijules Laboratory Limited (RevAyur) was running its business since past few years in Shanti Nagar, Nagpur. The company deals in Herbal products, Herbal supplements, Body Care,Face Care, Foot Care, Lip Care, Eye Care, Facial Kit and Hair Care. At present, the Shanti Nagar-based company was carrying out packing of the products with Headquarters in Kalmeshwar where the products are being manufactured. The company has a large turnover. The company Unijules Laboratory Limited markets all its products in the name of RevAyur which are very costly are easily available. The Shanti Nagar-based company also runs an outlet of the products. The residence of the company’s Director Zakir Vali is very close to the Company in Shanti Nagar.
The Income-Tax raid was the outcome of fishy deals being carried out by the company in recent days. The raid was going on till the filing of this report.
