From Rubeka’s Kitchen : Paneer Butter Masala

Paneer Butter MasalaIngrdients:
250 gms Paneer
2 big tomatos [boil and make puree]
2 big onions
1 tbsp dhaniya zeera powder
1.5 tsp red chilly powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3-4 cloves
1 tbsp kaju magaj paste
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp garam masala powder
1-2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp butter

Method:
Grind clove and cinnamon stick and make powder.
Heat oil in a pan and fry cubes of paneer on medium heat [golden brown not black]. Grate remaining paneer and keep aside [fry 220 gms n great 30 gms approx].
Heat oil and in a saucepan and fry onion till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste and saute. add tomato puree and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
Add kaju magaj paste, dhaniya-zeera powder, red chili powder, salt and garam masala.
Add yogurt and stir well until gravy becomes thick add fried paneer cubes and cook more for 5-7 mins.
Put it into serving bowl garnish with cream and butter and remaining grated paneer.
Serve Hot and Enjoy with Naan and rice.
