The hard-hitting stance taken by the Justice Suryavanshi of Special Court dealing the cases under Maharashtra Protection of Interests of Depositors (MPID) Act had rejected the bail applications of all the co-accused of the high-profile Wasankar investment fraud case.
The venerable Justice of the High Court too seemed to have maintained the same tough stance and had rejected the bail applications of the co-accused of Wasankar Scam Bhagyashree and Vinay Wasankar; Abhijeet Chaudhari and Deepak Bajaj.
