Engineer, labourer dies in separate construction sites

accident-logoNagpur News : A 27-year-old engineer and a labourer lost their lives while on duty at separate construction sites on Sunday.

Around 11.30 am, Madhusudan Mendhule, a construction site engineer, fell to death from fifth floor of an under construction building at Hiwari Nagar in Wathoda. Police said that Mendhule was explaining the labourers about their work when he lost balance and fell from the wooden support beams of a private construction site. Nandanvan police has registered a case of an accidental death.

In other incident, a labourer Rajendra Masarkolhe, 35, died after he fell from the top floor of the construction site of Empress Mill on Saturday night. Police said that he was drunk while at work and lost balance. Ganeshpeth police has registered a case of an accidental death.
