Nagpur: Under Nandanwan police station, an electrician while working on an electric pole accidentally lost his balance and slipped off the pole and sustained serious injury.
The incident occurred on July 2. He was admitted to Government hospital for treatment where he died during treatment. His name was Jayanta Jairam Meshram, aged 30, resident of Charkhamba Teka Naka, and he was on duty for repairing a tube-light on an electric pole at Surajnagar Devi ki Wadi, Nandanwan.
Nandanwan PSI Koyalwar has registered a case of accidental death and further investigation is under way.
