Nagpur: Grandparents are precious gift from God. Their presence in any place
makes it a memorable one. So keeping this in mind, Edify School, Nagpur, Primary wing organized a Grand Parents Day Celebration on January 19 in school premises.
The Chief Guest for the event was Directors Mandeep Kaur Tuli and Inderpreet Singh Tuli. The Grandparents were welcomed and crowned by their dear little grand children. There was a beautiful dance presentation by the kids of Grade 1 to grade 5 respectively.
Views about the importance of grandparents in our life were shared by the students. Bollywood quiz was played and enjoyed by all, a mashup was prepared by the students for boosting the energy among the crowd.
The Directors emphasized on the value and presence of grandparents .
Principal Dr. Plex John shared his views by saying “Grandparents are the greatest treasures one have , that is of the greatest price”.
The event came to an end by a vote of thanks proposed by Facilitator Pooja Nath. The event was a grand success as the grandparents made the surrounding happy by their gracious presence.
