Nagpur: Tired with the increasing number of applications for transfer from the government officials, Guardian Minister and State Energy Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule has issued an official statement saying that the Guardian Minister for should not be sent any such applications. “The applications will not be considered if sent,” he said.
Bawankule started conducting his Janta Darbar when he was first elected as MLA. He still conducts his darbar every Sunday. However, since last two years, the number of government officials asking for transfers has increased in the Janta Darbar.
Bawankule said that there are many other issues of people he has to look after. “If I give someone a commitment and then fail to deliver, it won’t look good. Hence, it’s better they don’t come to me asking for transfers,” Bawankule said.
