D-Day: SC to deliver its final orders on the Babri Masjid demolition on March 22

NEW DELHI: Conspiracy charges against senior BJP leader LK Advani and others may be revived in the decades-old Babri mosque demolition case, the Supreme Court indicated today.

An order on March 22 will reveal whether or not Advani and other leaders will face charges.

Advani and a dozen others were discharged by a court of conspiracy charges and the main case against Karsevaks or Hindu activists accused of razing the 16th century mosque in Ayodhya in December 1992 is pending in the Lucknow trial court.
