Nagpur News: The Sadar police have booked two persons and their 50-60 accomplices for threatening to kill the Deputy Director of Land Records Department.
According to police, the two accused Vishal Khandekar and Imran Chisti along with their 50-60 accomplices forcibly entered the office of Dadabhai Tadape, Deputy Director of Land Records Department on May 14 and heckled and attacked him with fisticuffs. All the violent drama was to pressure Tadape to suspend District Superintendent of Land Records Department Suryavanshi. The accused and their accomplices also damaged some goods to the tune of Rs 3,000 in the office of Tadape. Now, after a formal complaint, Sadar police have booked Vishal Khandekar and Imran Chisti and their accomplices under various sections of IPC and investigating the matter further.
