Crime branch crack dacoity at businessman Yogesh Bang’s house at Civil Lines, arrest four

Nagpur News :  In a major breakthrough, crime branch police has cracked down the dacoity case that took place at businessman Yogesh Bang’s flat at Civil Lines, opposite Nag Vidarbha Chamber of Commerce (NVCC) office on December 4.

Four youths had forcibly entered Bang’s house and had tied his wife Karuna while she was alone at home. All four decamped with cash and valuables worth Rs 5 lakh with them in an Indica car. Bang owns a furniture business.

The team of senior inspector Madhao Giri of crime branch has arrested all four accused involved in the dacoity. Sunil Bhada, 30, Nitin Raut , 42, a resident of Mohan Nagar, Narendra Kanekar, 38, of Gaddigodam, Takli Line resident Sudhakar Yerkade, 48, were nabbed in the wee hours of Monday.

Police has recovered the Indica car used by all four accused in the crime. Cops said that they have been interrogating the accused to recover the stolen materials whether it has been sold or kept hidden.

Police sources informed that a secret source has informed about the thieves involved in the dacoity that helped police to crack the case.
