Colaba street on lockdown ahead of Bibis visit to Chabad House

As Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu shortly heads for Chabad House in Colaba, target of terrorists during 26/11, to hold a memorial service of the victims and meet the 11-year-old Moshe Holtzberg who lost his parents in the terror attack, the street on which the building is located has been shut.

Even the local landmark, Rex Bakery, which remains open 24×7, was not allowed to open today
