Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Friday left for Beed to attend Gopinath Munde’s birth anniversary. The Marathwada strongman Munde, the OBC face of the BJP in Maharashtra, who was inducted as Rural Development Minister in Narendra Modi Government, died in a road accident in Delhi on June 3 this year.
Munde was on his way to the Delhi airport when the SX4 he was travelling in was rammed by a speeding Indica car at a road intersection.
