    Crime
    Nagpur:
Carelessness on the part of a man cost him Rs 39,000 in cash on Wednesday. The incident was reported from Bajaj Nagar locality of the city.

Gajanan Wanjari (38), resident of Ambazari Layout, around 7 pm on Wednesday had gone to Surendra Nagar on RPTS Road. He parked his motorcycle and dangled a bag containing cash to the bike. At the same time, three women and a young girl, who were picking waste material nearby, noticed the dangling bag. The women came near Gajanan Wanjari and diverted his mind with some tactics or tantrums and slyly removed the bag from the hook of the bike.

Even before Gajanan could sense the bag containing Rs 39,772 cash missing, the foursome had vanished from the scene. He had no other alternative than to approach Bajaj Nagar police and lodged a complaint in this regard.

Acting on his complaint, cops have registered a theft case and searching the accused women.
