Ruby Cricket Club defeated Old Subhedar Cricket Club by 30 runs in todays first match of BCS Challenger Cricket tournament organized by Royal cricket Association here at the SFS College ground.
Azhar Sheikh 42* runs, Harshal Baniya 25 runs nitched fine innings to reach 138 runs with loss of 10 wkts in 20 overs. For Old Subhedar Cricket Club Chandan Singh took 4 wkts & Sohel Raja scalped 3 wkts.
Old Subhedar Cricket Club were bundled 7 wickets for 108 runs in their allotted 20 overs, For Ruby Cricket Club Faizan Mohd. scalped 2 wkts while Nilesh Bansod took 4 wkts.
In the second encounter at SFS ground, Shah Cricket Club won by 46 runs, made to make 165 runs, NSA Cricket Club were bundled out for 120 for 9 wkts in 20 overs, Kunal from Shah Cricket Club played a fine innings of 73 to give his team a solid score of 165 runs.
In the third match played at Guru Nanak Pharmacy College ground SEC Rly. won the match comfortably by 7 wkts chasing 116 runs made by Jawahar C. A. in 20 overs for loss of 5 wkts. P. Mehar & P. Rawal sclapped 2 wkts each SEC Rly. giving his team the win.
S. Wankhede 36* runs & Y. Chandurkar 34* runs nitched fine innings to reach 116 runs for SEC Rly.
In another match played at Guru Nanak Pharmacy college, Sai Scientific won by 18 runs, made to make 167 runs, Reshambagh Cricket Club 150 for 7 wkts in 20 overs, Naeem Razzak took 2 for 20 runs from 4 overs for the winners, earlier Kuldeep Singh played a fine innings of 50runs, Fahad 35 runs & Naeem Razzak 24 runs a to give his team a solid score of 167 runs.
