Bar owner, three other booked for attacking youths and stealing gold chain

Nagpur News : The owner of a bar and three of his mates put up a fight with three persons and attacked them with weapon. The accused also stole a gold chain from one of the persons. Pachpaoli police have booked the accused.

According to information, Paramjeet Singh Lohiya (32), a resident of Sujata Square, Vaishali Nagar was standing near his house with his two friends Pankaj Tete and Shailesh Nikose. The accused Siddarth and Shriram Jaiswal (Owner of Sagar Beer Bar) and two of their accomplice approached them and asked them to leave the place. Paramjeet Singh refused and heated exchanged between the two groups. Enraged over this, the accused attacked Paramjeet, Pankaj and Shailesh and injured Paramjeet. Later, the accused also snatched away a gold chain worn by Paramjeet and Rs 230 from his pocket and fled the spot.

On the complaint of Paramjeet, Pachpaoli police booked Siddarth, Jaiswal and two other under Sections 394 and 34 of the IPC.
