गरब्यात मुस्लिम व्यक्ती सहभागी होत असेल तर गैर नाही; अमृता फडणवीसांची स्पष्ट भूमिकाChandrapur: BJP leader Nitesh Rane’s call to deny Muslim youths entry to Garba events has sparked debate, but Amruta Fadnavis has taken a different view, saying that festivals should be inclusive.

Speaking to reporters in Chandrapur, Amruta Fadnavis was asked about Rane’s position. She said that festivals and celebrations in the country are meant to include everyone. “If a Muslim person participates in Garba, enjoys the festival peacefully and leaves afterwards, I do not see anything wrong with it,” she said.

Rane had earlier alleged that Muslim youths were entering Garba events by using Hindu names. He had demanded that Garba organisers deny entry to Muslim youths to prevent incidents of Hindu women being allegedly deceived. His position led to debate at the political and social levels.
