Nagpur News : A vigilant woman police constable deployed at central railway station rounded a minor laptop thief from general ticket counter on Tuesday afternoon. The minor confessed that he had stolen the laptop on Monday evening from a car parked in the parking area.
Later, it was learnt that the laptop belongs to Bharat Nagar resident Rahul Patil, who had even file a police complaint of Laptop stolen to Railway police on Tuesday morning.
WPC Shabhana Pathan was on her duty near the ticket counter when she noticed a shabby minor boy wearing torn clothes is having a laptop with him. She questioned him but when he failed to give clear answers, he was taken for further interrogations where he spilled the beans. Later, police seized two more laptops from the boy. He was shifted to remand home.
