Nagpur: In an outrageous incident, a 60-year old pervert man raped a 5-year old girl on the pretext of showing her a rabbit. The lewd man has been booked but has not been arrested as yet.
On Thursday, between 2.30 pm and 3 pm, the accused Ataullah Pathan (60), resident of Nandanvan area, with devilish designs in his mind, lured the 5-year old neighbouring girl on the pretext of showing her a rabbit. When the girl went to the accused Ataullah’s house, he raped her ashamedly.
Nandanvan PSI Vitole, based on a complaint, has booked the pervert accused Ataullah Pathan under Sections 376(C) of IPC read with Sub-Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
