Nagpur: In another heinous crime against woman, a 58-year-old man raped a 20 year old girl who was related to him and living in his house.
According to police information the accused identified as Krushna aged 58 years and a resident of Sakkardara area had raped 20 year old girl who was related to him and living in his house when no other family members were present in the house.
Based on the complaint lodged by the victimized girl, Woman Police Sub Inspector Hironde of Sakkardara Police Station registered a case under Sections 376 (2) (F) (L) of Indian Penal Code against the accused.
