40 Year Old Man Dies After Two Wheeler Accident on Nagpur Flyover

Vanshika Malviya || Nagpur: A tragic accident occurred late Saturday night when a 40 year old man lost his life after his motorcycle reportedly skidded on a flyover under Ambazari police limits. The deceased has been identified as Sunil Kiran Borkar, a resident of Drighdhamna near Buddha Vihar, Wadi, Nagpur.
According to police, the incident took place around 11:45 pm on the flyover stretch between Campus Square and Bhole Petrol Pump. Borkar was riding his two wheeler when it suddenly slipped, causing him to sustain severe injuries. He was found unconscious at the scene and immediately rushed to Sengupta Hospital. Due to the seriousness of his condition, he was later shifted to the Government Medical College and Hospital’s Medical Trauma Centre.
Despite the doctors’ efforts, Borkar was declared dead at around 3:00 am on January 26. Following a complaint filed by his brother, Pankaj Kiran Borkar, Ambazari Police have registered a case of accidental death. Investigations are ongoing to determine the exact cause of the skid.
