3rd year Government polytechnic college student hangs self

Nagpur News.

After appearing for final paper on Saturday morning, a 19-year-old polytechnic student hanged himself at his Gondpura residence on Saturday afternoon. Shubham Mahalle from Karanja, Wardha, was staying as a tenant at Gondpura.

Police told that Mahalle was a third year polytechnic student of Government Polytechnic College. He appeared for his annual paper on Tuesday morning and returned home around 2 pm.

The suicide came to light after an hour when he didn’t respond to landlord’s call. The landlord broke open the door and found Mahalle hanging to the ceiling hook.
