2 truckers cheat man to the tune of Rs 29 lakh

Nagpur News: Two truckers cheated a person to the tune of Rs 29,75,370 by way of grabbing the goods he had asked them to deliver in Gujarat.

According to police, the complainant Manojkumar Singh Baliram Singh (42), resident of Mangaldham Society, Duttwadi, Nagpur contacted the accused Suresh Kumar Nanduram, 35 (truck driver), native of Shahaj, District Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh and Mohd Sarfaraz Mohd Jamruddin Sheikh (truck owner), native of Bharat Nagar, District Kachh, Gujarat for taking his goods HR Coil, Plate Seat worth Rs 29,75,370 to Kandla in Gujarat. The stuff was loaded at Lakhotia Transport, Waddhamna under the Wadi Police Station jurisdiction. However, both the accused connived with each other and, instead of taking the goods to Kandla in Gujarat, gobbled up and thus cheated Manojkumar Singh Baliram Singh to the tune of Rs 29,75,370. Wadi PSI Kendre has booked both the accused Suresh Kumar Nanduram (truck driver) and Mohd Sarfaraz Mohd Jamruddin Sheikh (truck owner) under Sections 407 34 of the IPC and is investigating the matter further.
