16th LS election will change nation’s direction, situation, claims Muttemwar at NCP meeting

Nagpur News: “The 16th Lok Sabha elections are elections for changing nation’s directions and situations and the fight is against regressive forces. In the 35-year journey of my political carrer, I have done whatever possible for development of Vidarbha and Nagpur. I have not done anything to defame this historical city like the rival candidates have been doing for the past many years. I am grateful and appreciate not only Congress leaders and workers but alliance parties for accepting me as candidate for the prestigious Nagpur Lok Sabha seat,” said Vilas Muttemwar while addressing the meeting organized by City Nationalist Congress Party President Ajay Patil at party’s office in Ganeshpeth at 11.30 am on Thursday.

Others who addressed the meeting include Food and Civil Supplies Minister Anil Deshmukh, former minister Ramesh Bang, Ajay Patil, Corporator Dilip Pankule, Gangaprasad Gwalbanshi, Shabbir Vidrohi, Prakash Gajbhiye on behalf of NCP and Congress leaders Dinanath Padole, MLA, NCCC President Vikas Thakre and others. Speaking on the occasion, Anil Deshmukh said, “The unity and coordination shown today by Congress and NCP leaders and workers should continue even after Lok Sabha elections.”
