Nagpur: A 13-year-old student died after a speeding Bullet motorcycle allegedly rammed into his bicycle from behind on the Indora-Dighori flyover near Bada Tajbagh, just five days after the flyover was opened.
The deceased has been identified as Kasib Siddiqui, 13. The motorcycle rider, Vijay Tidke, also sustained injuries in the accident.

According to preliminary information, Kasib had gone out cycling at night with three to four friends. While he was riding across the flyover near Bada Tajbagh, a Bullet motorcycle allegedly approaching from behind hit his bicycle at high speed.
The collision left both Kasib and Tidke injured. Following the accident, a crowd gathered at the spot, and local residents rushed the injured persons to a nearby private hospital.
As Kasib’s condition was critical, he was subsequently referred to Medical Hospital for further treatment. However, he reportedly succumbed to his injuries late at night while undergoing treatment.
After being informed about the accident, Sakkardara Police began an investigation and registered a case against motorcycle rider Vijay Tidke.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident, including the speed of the motorcycle and the exact sequence of events leading to the collision.
