Nagpur News : MIDC police booked a JCB driver for intentionally parking the JCB machine on the road and resulting into the accident of a youth on Wednesday.
The information says, JCB driver intentionally parked the JCB machine (CJ 04 JB 5241) on the road towards Wadi, in front of Cement Pipe Company, Central MIDC Road despite knowing that the parking could cause harm to commuters. Meanwhile, a motorcyclist Rajendra Digrase was heading towards Wadi on his motorcycle (MH 40 W 1984). Ranjendra could speculate the JCB machine and collided into it.
Rajendra sustained serious injuries in the accident. He was admitted to Lata Mangeshkar Hospital by the commuters.
MIDC police have booked the JCB driver under Sections 283, 338 read with sub section 122 of the Motor Vehicle Act. Further investigations are in progress.
