Youth gone to take bath in Amabazari lake drowns

Nagpur News : Going to have a bath in Amabzari lake after Holi celebrations proved fatal to a youth as he drowned into the lake on Monday. The 24-year-old youth has been identified as Ahemar Ali, a native of Buldhana and putting up at Pragati Apartment, Pratap Nagar.

Ahemar Ali along with his friends went to Ambazari lake at around 2.30 pm on Monday after playing Holi. However, Ali drowned in the lake as he went deep into the water. His friends tried to save him but failed. They immediately informed Ambazari police who rushed to the spot and fished out the body of Ali. Cops registered a case of accidental death and sent the body for post-mortem at Government Medical College and Hospital
