Nagpur: A youth, who visited Sairat Hotel on Ramtek-Mouda State Highway with his girlfriend, was found hanging under mysterious circumstances in his hotel room on Thursday.
The deceased, Mukesh Maisoor Bhondekar (22) was a resident of Mansar. Mukesh had gone to Sairat Hotel with his girlfriend. They were in the hotel room for two hours. Around 4 pm, the girl went to the washroom. When she returned, she was shocked to find Mukesh hanging from the ceiling fan with her dupatta. She shouted for help. The Hotel Manager and staff brought Mukesh down. They then rushed Mukesh to Sub-District Hospital where the doctors declared him dead.

Ramtek Police registered a case under Section 174 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and started investigation. After the post-mortem, police handed over Mukesh’s body to his family members. Cops are questioning his girlfriend and Hotel Manager in this connection.
