Speaking at the protest, Bunty Shelke said that the Modi Government has no idea how the steep hike would burden common people. The people are suffering in the real sense of ‘Acche din.’ The Government is taking such decisions in favour their select industrialists. The common people will be hit hard by the decision to increase the fuel prices that came into effect from midnight of Friday, said Shelke. The petrol and diesel prices were hiked by Rs 3.96 and Rs 2.37 per liter respectively.
