Nagpur: A furious group of 6-7 youngsters went berserk at a Saoji restaurant in MIDC area and attacked three men over a heated exchange on Monday night.
According to the information Devendra Gulabrao Nighate (40), along with Rajat Nighate (25), Narendra Chore (50), were having dinner at Indu Saoji restaurant around 10:30 pm, when they got in a petty tiff with a group of 6-7 youngsters in the age group of 20-25, sitting next to them.
However, the fight was settled between them and the group left the place, but when the trio came out of the hotel the group again attacked them from behind with stones and knife and injured them and fled from the spot. On complaint lodged by Devendra, MIDC police have registered an offence under section 307,326,324,143,147,148,149 of IPC along with 4/24 arms attack, 135 MCOCA. Further investigations are underway.
