Nagpur: A young vegetable vendor died of electrocution in his own shop on Tuesday evening. A resident of Plot No. 27, Vaibhavnand Society, deceased Kamalesh Jawahar Mukta (22) was sitting in his vegetable shop situated near Maa Shitala Store on Besa Square Pipla Road around 6.45 pm on Tuesday.
Kamalesh probably contacted a loose electric live wire and received a powerful jolt. The unconscious Kamalesh was taken to the Government Medical College and Hospital where he died around 7.15 pm during the course of treatment.
Hudkeshwar API R R Sawant has registered a case of accidental death and investigating the exact cause Kamalesh’s electrocution.
