Nagpur: A young, married woman committed suicide at her posh apartment in Mankapur area on Thursday afternoon. The reason behind the woman taking the extreme step could not be ascertained immediately.
A resident of Flat No. 107, Royal Residency, Sumit Nagar in Mankapur area, the deceased has been identified as Neelam Nitesh Shrivastav (27). On Thursday, between 4 pm and 5 pm, Neelam ended her life by hanging to ceiling fan with the help of dupatta in her bedroom. The reason behind Neelam taking the extreme step could not be known immediately.
Mankapur Woman PSI Y R Shrikhande, based on information provided by Nitesh Ramsevak Shrivastav, husband of deceased, registered a case of accidental death and mounted an in-depth probe into the matter.
