Young girl kidnapped by 3 women in city, sold in MP for Rs 75,000

Nagpur: Gittikhadan police have mounted a search to nab three women and a man who kidnapped a young girl by rendering her unconscious with a tranquilizer, took her to Madhya Pradesh and sold her to a man for Rs 75,000. The man later married with the sold girl forcibly.

The accused have been identified as Asha Rokde, Usha Rokde, Chanda Gajbhiye and an unidentified man.

The 22-year old victim, resident of Gittikhadan area, in her complaint said that on July 14, 2018 around 12 noon, the three accused woman and the man rendered her unconscious by sniffing her a tranquilizing stuff and later took her to Shahajahanpur in Madhya Pradesh. There the accused sold her to a man named Ashok Kailas Sisodiya for Rs 75,000. The accused also got the abducted and sold girl married with Ashok Sisodiya forcibly.

However, it could be ascertained as to how the victim girl got freed from the clutches of the accused and how she reached Nagpur to lodge a complaint with Gittikhadan police.

PSI Kharsan has booked the accused Asha Rokde, Usha Rokde, Chanda Gajbhiye and an unidentified man under Sections 363, 366, 328, 370, 506, 34 of the IPC and mounted a search to nab them.
