Nagpur: A young boy caused his own death by riding the vehicle recklessly and meeting with an accident. The incident took place under Lohapul, near Manas Chowk on Thursday night.
The deceased has been identified as Vishnu Rajkumar Sharma (21), resident of B/569, Surendragadh, Nagpur. Vishnu was riding a vehicle, most probably a two-wheeler, (MH-49/A 9672). When he reached at Lohapul near Manas Chowk, Vishnu crashed his vehicle on one of the pillars of the iron bridge and suffered grievous injuries. He was rushed to Mayo Hospital by passersby. However, doctors at the hospital pronounced him “brought dead.”
Sitabuldi PSI R L Wankhede, based on the information, has registered a case against the accused under Section 304(A) and investigating the matter further.
