Worker cheats company with Rs 3.52 lakh

Nagpur News: An ATP operator cheated his company to the tune of Rs 3,52,460 by using the amount for own self instead of depositing in bank towards MSEB electric bill.

According to police, the accused Nehal Chandraoji Goyal (28), native of Saikheda, Tehsil Saunsar, Chhindwara District in MP and presently staying as tenant in Tiwari’s house, Sahakarya Nagar, Nagpur, works as ATP Operator in Chaitanya Security Company. The accused withdrew Rs 3,52,460 from the ATP machine between 0800 hours of 21.4.2014 and 1130 hours of 22.4.2014 for paying MSEB electric bill. But the accused Nehal Goyal, instead of depositing the amount in the bank towards the power bill, used the money for own self and thus cheated the Company.

The owner of Chaitanya Security Company Rajesh Sukharam Mute (45), resident of Plot No. 397, Hanuman Nagar, Nagpur lodged a complaint with Dhantoli Police Station in this connection. PSI Kadlag has registered an offence against the accused Nehal Goyal under Section 408 of the IPC and probing the matter further.
