Nagpur: ACB today arrested Women PSI Archana Waghmare who demanded around 5 lakhs from accused Hardeep Singh Arora.
Hardeep Singh and his entire family including father, mother elder brother and sister in law is accused in a crime lodged by Hardeep wife under section 498A, 323, 354, 377.
Accused Hardeep agreed after negotiation to pay 2 lakhs rupees to seek PSI help in getting the bail for which he was asked to pay 20,000. He was called by the PSI infront of Domino’s outlet in Matey Chowk. Trap was laid already as Hardeep has already informed the ACB and subsequently action was taken.
Advocate Sameer Sonwane filed Bail Application of Accused in sessions Ad-Interim relief is granted by Sessions Court to all other family members of Hardeep but Bail application of Hardeep was rejected by Sessions Court but Ad-Interim relief was granted by High Court and matter is fixed for 24th.
According to Advocate Sonwane false offence is lodged by Ambazari Police Station and this demand and trap proves the same.
