Nagpur: A woman caused ruckus at the Hudkeshwar Police Station in Nagpur on Wednesday by attempting to take her own life in front of the detection room. The incident unfolded as police had brought in her younger brothers for questioning in connection with a burglary case.
One of the minors, who is the woman’s younger brother, had confessed to the crime and was found in possession of stolen valuables.

Aggrieved by the police’s actions, the woman resorted to cutting her wrist to pressure the authorities. She was rushed to Mayo Hospital for medical treatment.
Hudkeshwar police have initiated legal proceedings against her.
