Woman relieved of gold chain

Nagpur News : Two unidentified youths snatched gold chain from a woman under the jurisdiction of Jaripatka Police Station on Thursday. According to police, Rajni Ram Parasram (35), a resident of Plot No. 53, Dayalu Nagar, who lives on rent at Rameshwarkumar Shrivastav, was coming back to her house on her scooty (MH 31 7774). While taking turn for Dayalu Nagar, two unidentified youths came on their black pulsar and snatched gold chain from Rajni. Before she could raise an alarm, the youths fled away.

On the complaint of Raji, an offence of chain snatching was registered at Jaripatka Police Station under Sections 392 and 34 of the IPC, informed PSI Bharsakhle. Further investigations are under way.
