Nagpur: Freak accidents often occurs when you least expect them. In an unfortunate incident, a woman died when a goods transport auto-rickshaw turned turtle in the noon hours of September 2, 2016 on Menda Kanholibara Road, near Mure Metal Industry. Many others were also injured in the freak mishap.
The deceased is identified as Sheela Mangesh Masram aged 23 years and was the wife of the driver of the goods transport auto-rickshaw.
According to police sources, Mangesh Masram a resident of Amar Nagar was ferrying some family members and friends in his goods transport auto-rickshaw bearing RTO registration No MH-40/ N0950 at around 2:15 pm.
When they reached Menda Kanholibara Road, near Mure Metal Industry, the driver lost control of the vehicle and the goods transport auto-rickshaw turned turtle.
Sheela Mangesh Masram the wife of Mangesh Masram died in the mishap. Many others who were travelling in the goods transport auto-rickshaw were injured in the mishap.
On the complaint lodged by Pappu Devangan the Hingna police have registered a case against the driver of the goods transport auto-rickshaw identified as Mangesh Masram. Hingna Police is investigating further.
