Mishra attended “Synergizing Human Capital Potential” summit as Chief Guest.

He also added the pro active initiatives in his speech, taken by WCL under CSR for providing water for irrigation to the farmers in and around WCL command areas, which finally helped in developing a connect with the villagers and helped in acquiring land for the projects. Mishra said it is necessary to make a connect with grass root employee to develop them as leaders to get their optimum output and utilization.
Mishra said, WCL has achieved success in opening fourteen projects during last fourteen months and committed to open thirty six projects in thirty six months to raise its production from up to 100 million tonnes from the level of 40 million tonnes by 2019-20 per annum, due to its motivated human capital, which has visualized the vision document, fixed milestones and timelines for itself. The programme was attended by Vikrant Singh Tomar, a well known management trainer, prestigious human resource experts & students.
