Mishra attended “Synergizing Human Capital Potential” summit as Chief Guest.

WCL Rajiv MishraNagpur: Chairman cum Managing Director of Nagpur based Miniratna Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) Rajiv R. Mishra attended the summit ” Synergizing Human Capital Potential” as Chief Guest, jointly organized by Datta Meghe Institute of Management Studies and National Institute of Personnel Management, Nagpur Chapter. Mishra is Nationally known for his team building capabilities and strategic management acumen. While addressing the august & distinguished gathering during the summit Mishra said that synergizing human capital can change the entire scenario of an organization. He shared with the participants about the positive changes occurred in WCL during last about one and half years due to proper synergizing of human capital of the company.

He also added the pro active initiatives in his speech, taken by WCL under CSR for providing water for irrigation to the farmers in and around WCL command areas, which finally helped in developing a connect with the villagers and helped in acquiring land for the projects. Mishra said it is necessary to make a connect with grass root employee to develop them as leaders to get their optimum output and utilization.

Mishra said, WCL has achieved success in opening fourteen projects during last fourteen months and committed to open thirty six projects in thirty six months to raise its production from up to 100 million tonnes from the level of 40 million tonnes by 2019-20 per annum, due to its motivated human capital, which has visualized the vision document, fixed milestones and timelines for itself. The programme was attended by Vikrant Singh Tomar, a well known management trainer, prestigious human resource experts & students. Shiney Chib, Director DMIMS proposed vote of thanks for enlightening the gathering.
