Vishal-Shekhar make Nagpurians groove over their ‘yaari’

B-town’s music heartthrobs and singing sensations Vishal & Shekhar recently visited Nagpur to perform at live-in concert. The event organised by McDowell’s No.1 Soda, in association with Radio City, brought to the fore the celebratory mood during the festival of lights.

The duo left every one in awe with their blockbuster performatce at No. 1 Yaari Jam concert in Nagpur on 10th November in Mecosabagh Ground.

McDowell’s No.1 Soda is synonymous with celebrating the bonds of brotherhood and has been an enabler of friendships through its intriguing and captivating storytelling among masses in India. The No.1 Yaari Jam concert, built on the theme of “Jab Boli Mile, Yaari Badhe”, helps break barriers of language and encourages friends to celebrate their bonds with one another despite cultural differences.

Known for their tracks that evoke memories of friendship, Vishal & Shekhar got millennials grooving to popular numbers like ‘Ik Junoon’ , ‘Nashe Si Chadh Gayi’, ‘Radha’, ‘Swag se karenge sab ka swagat’ and ‘Dil diya galla’. They took concert goers down memory lane with their iconic hits to the likes of ‘Chammak Challo’ and ‘Sheila ki Jawaani’ which got the entire crowd singing and dancing all night long.

Speaking on the concept of the No.1 Yaari Jam, Vishal said, “Being able to make music with my Yaar is truly a blessing. In the spirit of Friendship, No.1 Yaari Jam concert gave us the opportunity to not only look back on the memories we created together but also celebrate friendship in all situations of life. I’m extremely happy to be part of a concept “Jab Boli Mile, Yaari Badhe’ which reflects that language isn’t a barrier to strengthen any bond.”
