Nagpur: The week long vigilance awareness week was concluded in Nagpur based Public Enterprise, Western Coalfields Limited (WCL), other day. The Chief Guest of the function was Superintendent of Police (CBI), Jabalpur P K Pandey. While addressing the august gathering of officials of WCL, Pandey enlightened on various aspects of vigilance.
Chairman and Managing Director of WCL Rajiv R Mishra presided over the function. P. K. Pandey administered the e-integrity pledge to all present in the programme as Company WCL.
Special Magazine ‘PAHAL’ of Vigilance Department was released by the guests. Prizes were distributed by the guests to the winners of various competitions organized during the week.
Director (Personnel) Dr. Sanjay Kumar, Director (Finance), S. M. Choudhary General Managers of Areas and Heads of the Departments of all the departments of WCL were present prominently on the occasion. Chief Vigilance Officer,WCL Ashok P. Labhane delivered the welcome speech whereas General Manager (Mining/Vigilance) D. Biswas proposed the vote of thanks.
