Rehashing old songs and presenting them with the new beats is the current trend in Hindi films. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. The latest to join the bandwagon is the song, Aashiq Banaya Aapne from the upcoming fourth installment of the Hate Story franchise. The original number from the 2005 film of the same name was pictured on the lead pair – Emraan Hashmi and Tanushree Dutta. And it became an instant hit back then. The refurbished version sounds quite sexy, thanks to Neha Kakkar, who has crooned the song along with Himesh Reshammiya, who had sung the original track too.
As for the video, it is set in a bar. We have Urvashi Rautela, who is the female lead in the film, turning up the heat with her sexy moves as one of the male leads – Karan Wahi sips on his vodka and checks her out. We have to give it to Tanishk Bagchi, who has composed the song for not spoiling it for us. The beats of this remixed version are quite groovy.
