Nagpur: A man committed suicide by jumping off the Kanhan Bridge here, on Sunday as he was allegedly blackmailed by his former girlfriend, her parents and a photographer.
Before taking the extreme step, Manish (38) posted a live video on Facebook exposing the alleged blackmailers.
Sources said that the girl, her parents and the photographer were demanding Rs five lakh from him for not implicating him in a rape case. He made it clear in the video that he had no physical relationship with the girl. Fed-up of constant harassment, he ended his life.

Manish’s body was found on Monday and sent for post-mortem. When contacted, Kalamna Police said that the suspects were detained for questioning.
