Nagpur: The Chairman and Director of Vicco Group of Companies Gajanan Pendharkar was conferred with “Marathi Udyojak Jeevan Gaurav Puraskar” for this year by Nirvan Institute. The Nirvan Institute confers the award year and this year, the industrialist of repute was honoured with the award. Maharashtra’s Minister for Industries Subhash Desai conferred the award on Gajanan Pendharkar whose companies manufacture a wide range of Ayurvedic herbal medicinal products like herbal tooth paste, herbal tooth powder, natural turmeric skin cream, herbal shaving cream natural Ayurvedic pain relief cream etc.
Since the past 45 years, Gajanan Pendharkar is running the Vicco Group of Companies (Vishnu Industrial Chemical Company) successfully as its Chairman and Director. His companies put the variety of Ayurvedic products on the world map despite a stiff global challenge. In the life of Gajanan Pendharkar, the word rest has no place. The newer and newer concepts and experiments continue to occupy his mind. And the efforts follow to give successful shape to the concepts and experiments. Earlier also, Gajanan Pendharkar was honoured with ‘Marathi Udyojakta Sanman,’ ‘Udyogratna Puraskar,’ ‘Dr Ramchandra Parner’ award for his outstanding achievements in life and industry as well.
