Vidarbha Industries Association Lady Entrepreneurs’ Wing (VIA-LEW) organised an insightful session titled “What Does Your Health & Your Smile Have to Do With Your Business?” on 9th September 2026 at MIDC Hall, Nagpur, bringing together women entrepreneurs and professionals to explore the connection between personal well-being, confidence and professional success.
The session featured Dr. Meghana Kumare, Dietician and Sports Nutritionist, Founder of Red Apple Wellness Diet Center and MK Fit Foods, who spoke on “Nutrition in the Age of AI & Food Delivery Apps,” and Dr. Rashmi Dhale, Dental Surgical Consultant, Speaker and Business Mentor at Dental One – Dental & Implant Clinic, who addressed the audience on “The Business Power of a Smile.”

Dr. Meghana highlighted the importance of mindful and informed food choices in today’s fast-paced, technology-driven lifestyle, while Dr. Rashmi spoke about how a confident and genuine smile can influence first impressions, build trust, strengthen communication and relationships, and contribute to business growth.
The sessions emphasised that business success is not only about strategies and opportunities, but also about the person behind the business—their health, confidence, communication and personal presence.
The session was jointly conducted by Project Directors Poonam Lala and Ar. Tejaal Rakshamwar, who also introduced the guest speakers. Yogita Deshmukh, Chairperson, VIA-LEW, welcomed the attendees and highlighted the importance of prioritising health in today’s fast-paced world. Also informed about the activities conducted under the LEW for the benefits of its members and aspiring ladies, who wish to start her venture.
Dr. Anita Rao, Shachi Malik, Reeta Lanjewar, Amandeep Kaur Sehmi and Srigauri Ghatate were also present. The session was attended by a diverse group of entrepreneurs and professionals, who found the discussions insightful and inspiring.
